Support steps: smooth start but some repeats
So I started exploring the WFHI software with some excitement because the onboarding felt pretty straightforward. The order in which the training material was presented actually made sense — first the basics of the interface, then a detailed guide to calling tools and the dialer functionality. The database feature walkthrough was a bit more technical, but after a couple of tries, I got the gist. However, I kind of wish some of the support steps weren’t a bit repetitive. Like, sometimes when I called for help, they would walk me through details I already knew, which made me feel like I was stuck explaining myself again. That said, the telephonic support was always polite and tried to keep things clear. Updates to the software felt automatic and didn’t interrupt workflow, which was great. So the good part was that everything was organized logically; the slightly annoying bit was just the occasional repetition from support agents who probably wanted to be thorough. I think the entire experience balanced out nicely though, and I definitely appreciate the ease of updates.
