Support steps mostly good but maybe tricky for fast learners
The support and communication flow was pretty well laid out, though I found myself circling back on some steps more than once. At first, the telephonic assistance moved in a sensible order: I received clear explanations on software setup, then got help with the dialer usage and finally the database features. That structure definitely helped me grasp things systematically. Yet, as someone who already has some tech skills, I felt a bit slowed down at times by having to follow these steps in the exact sequence prescribed. It’s great for beginners, but for anyone who finds things out quickly, it might feel like overkill. I actually ended up repeating some onboarding sessions to catch details I missed the first go. So this support approach would really suit those needing steady guidance but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to people expecting a faster, more flexible interaction. All in all, the communication was helpful, just paced in a somewhat rigid way that I noticed as a minor hiccup.
