Support steps mostly confusing though one part was okay
The support system seemed designed to assist, but in practice the process was not very intuitive. The sequence of steps the support team asked me to follow did not always feel logical, leading to repeated explanations and some frustration on my end. The way issues were escalated seemed a bit disjointed instead of smoothly moving from one stage to another. However, I will acknowledge that the initial telephonic contact was clear and polite, making that first interaction somewhat positive. Despite this, the overall workflow for resolving problems felt unnecessarily complicated and could benefit from better coordination between team members handling different parts of the issue. Communication pacing did not help much either, as waiting periods between responses caused delays. So, while one part of the support process — the opening conversation — was satisfactory, the remainder created more questions than answers and was not well ordered in my experience.
