Support Steps: Mixed Success in Logical Flow
I found the support and communication processes somewhat frustrating, mainly because the onboarding steps did not always follow a sensible or helpful order. The initial guidance seemed to jump ahead without covering basic setup issues thoroughly, which left me juggling multiple features without clear instructions. However, once I managed to get past the initial hurdles, the telephonic support eventually helped clarify some points, though it came after I already tried to figure things out on my own. The automatic updates seemed fine; they didn’t disrupt anything and kept the software current without extra effort on my part. Overall, while there were moments where the support guidance felt disorganized, and I wished the sign-up process had been smoother, there was some continuity once the priority assistance kicked in, resolving deeper questions. It did get the job done in the end, but less experienced users might feel quite confused early on due to the order in which things were presented. I hope the onboarding system can be streamlined to better match user workflows in the future.
