Support steps led me nowhere productive
I initially thought the support process would guide me through a clear sequence, but unfortunately, the actual steps taken felt somewhat haphazard and lacked sensible order. While the team's willingness to assist via telephonic support was evident, it seemed the instructions often jumped between unrelated tasks or skipped essential details. Having signed up and started exploring the database feature, I expected the onboarding to explain how to integrate it smoothly, but instead it felt like random bits of information with no cohesive narrative. One small thing I appreciated was that automatic updates happened without needing my intervention, so at least the software stayed current. However, during the dialing tool setup, I repeatedly hit obstacles and had to rely on my own trial and error since the communicated steps didn't prepare me well. Invoicing and payment processes were straightforward and clear, which was a relief amidst the confusion. The priority assistance I called on sometimes offered quick answers, yet often responses didn't fit my actual stage in the onboarding flow, causing delays. Overall, the experience gave me more questions than answers about using the remote workflow software efficiently. I had hoped for a more stepwise and structured support communication that could have taken me from basic setup to regular use reliably, but mostly it felt frustrating and unsystematic. Hopefully, improvements in the logical sequence of support steps will come soon.
