Support Steps Lacked Logical Flow, One Thing Worked Fine
Getting support from WFHI was a bit frustrating because the steps they had me follow didn’t feel like they were in a sensible order. I kept getting told to do one thing that didn’t help, then another, and it felt like going in circles. At one point, I had to call multiple times to understand how to use the dialer properly, which could have been explained better upfront. On the plus side, the telephonic support was friendly enough and did listen when I repeated concerns. The database feature was decent, though, and I’ll grant it worked fine for organizing contacts. Still, the muddled support approach made everything feel unnecessarily complicated, and I think the onboarding could definitely be rearranged to make more sense from a user’s perspective.
