Support steps just didn’t make sense
The support system had a decent intent but the sequence of steps felt confusing. Initially, they provided clear instructions but later responses seemed out of sync with what I had tried already. There was some back and forth explaining issues I thought were resolved, which led to frustration. They did respond to calls and messages but it felt like the process lacked a logical flow. I understand technical problems often mean multiple steps but here I didn’t feel the guidance was organized well enough. Overall, I’m disappointed because I couldn’t get a sensible resolution in the order I expected despite the support team’s efforts.
