Maine jab support se contact kiya toh sabse pehle mujhe lagaa ki jo process follow karwa rahe hain wo bilkul sensible order mein nahi hai. Woh instructions confuse kar denge, aur mujhe baar baar same cheeze repeat karni pad rahi thi jo already batayi hoti. Main expect kar raha tha ki stepwise ek logical tarike se guiding hoga, lekin woh random lag raha tha. Telefon pe baat karte waqt lag raha tha ki samajh nahi rahe mere problem ko.
