Support started late, took longer than expected
It took noticeably long time for me to get proper support once I began using the platform. Initial contact was delayed and responses arrived over a couple of days. I found it a bit difficult to get the answers I needed to move forward with setup. The dialer and database features were generally fine but without timely assistance, my progress was slow. Though the guide and support were eventually helpful, they were not immediately accessible which slowed down the process more than I hoped. So, while the setup was possible, the delay in support affected my initial experience negatively overall.
