Support sometimes quick, sometimes slow, overall mixed feelings
The support team answered some of my calls quickly, which was good because I didn’t want to wait long. But other times there was a lot of back-and-forth, even repeating the same information, which made me feel like things could have been handled smoother. I guess it depends on who you get on the phone, which makes it a bit of a mixed bag. I appreciate that they tried to help thoroughly, though the delays during some calls kept getting to me a bit. It’s a balance really, both good points and some frustrating slow moments.
