Maine WFHI ka software aur training lene ke baad jab technical problem face ki, toh support se baat karne mein bahut zyada time lag gaya. Mere liye yeh pura experience frustrating tha kyunki jab main onboarding ke initial steps kar raha tha tab system baar-baar crash kiya. Support team ko notify karne mein der hui aur finally jab unhone response diya, toh unka communication mujhe clear nahi laga. Onboarding flow mein hooks aur tooltips ki kami thi, jis se mujhe apni galati ka pata nahi chala. Dialer feature bhi expect ki tarah smoothly nahi chala; calls drop ho rahe the har dus min mein. Database feature bhi mere liye reliable nahi laga jab data sync hote waqt baar-baar errors dikhe. Automatic updates ne system ko aur unstable bana diya. Payment aur invoicing process straightforward nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar support jaldi aur clearly respond karta toh main apna kaam asaani se kar pata. Overall experience bahut disappointing tha, aur is wajah se mai kabhi WFHI use karne ka soch bhi nahi sakta.
