Support setup was great, but ongoing access lagged a bit
When I first signed up, the initial support provided was quite thorough and helpful. They walked me step-by-step through the software setup and the training modules, which eased my initial concerns. The invoicing process was clear, and I received prompt answers when I called the helpline for clarifications. However, what stood out was that the one-off setup support was excellent, but ongoing assistance seemed a bit slower, especially during busy hours. Also, automatic updates sometimes disrupted my workflow temporarily, which was a minor annoyance. Despite that, the telephonic support agents remained polite and tried to resolve problems effectively. So, while the initial hand-holding felt very supportive, the day-to-day communication could improve slightly to maintain the same level of responsiveness throughout.
