Support setup: balanced pros and cons
The support experience with WFHI showed a mix of one-off helpfulness and some ongoing complications. Initially, the telephonic support during setup was responsive and clearly helped me get the basic settings right, such as confirming the dialer and database configurations. That part felt like a well-resolved single interaction. However, when I later faced some minor software glitches—like delayed updates or interface quirks—the follow-up support was slower and less consistent. It seemed that ongoing issues needed multiple calls and explanations, so while the one-off support was solid for setup, the continued assistance was less dependable. Automatic updates were implemented well, which reduced the need for constant help. Overall, I appreciate the effort from the support team in setting things up, but I feel the ongoing communication and troubleshooting could be smoother as problems did arise. So, weighing both sides, the setup support was a definite positive, but ongoing support was somewhat hit-and-miss for me.
