Support settled in nicely after a bit of time
Initially, reaching out for telephonic support was a bit of a hit or miss experience. The wait times were slightly longer than I liked and sometimes the assistance felt generic or only partially relevant to my issue. However, over several days, the support improved noticeably; they seemed to get more familiar with my queries and the kind of help I needed. Day to day, the communication became more effective and the staff more informed, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt using the software long term. One small reservation I have is that response times are still not lightning fast, especially during peak hours, but overall the consistency and quality rose significantly. Despite this, the daily support felt dependable enough to keep me going and I appreciate that they didn’t just leave me hanging after the initial contact. It’s clear that they are working on improving responsiveness as they grow.
