Support seemed okay but might need help again, yaar
Support team se jo communication hua tha, usmein mixed experience tha. Pehle call pe prompt response mila, aur kuch queries jo maine poochi thi, unka jawab sahi diya gaya tha. Par dusri baar jab database feature mein thodi dikkat aayi, to support connection deadlock mein chali gayi, aur mujhe thoda wait karna pada. Ye thoda frustrating tha, especially jab mujhe timely help chahiye thi. Phone support overall helpful tha but aise lagta hai ki agar agli baar bhi problem aayi, to mujhe phir se patience rakhna padega. Basically, support ne apna kaam kiya aur kuch sawaal solve kare par mujhe feel hua ki wo full attention nahi de pate har baar. Communication clear rahe, par speed thodi slow thi records update karne mein. Main next time phir bhi call karungi, par shayad kisi chhoti problem ke liye khud try karti rahungi pehle.
