Unka database feature se related queries ka jawaab dena slow hota tha aur kabhi kabhi repeat karwana padta tha. Telephonic support me patience hota tha lekin accurate info milna thoda time leta tha. Zyada urgent cheezon ke liye reliable lagta nahi tha, aur iska matlab hai main asaani se apni problems ka solution nahi le paaya. Overall support ko improve karna hoga taaki log bina zyada mezaze ke sahara le saken jab software mein koi dikkat aaye.
