Mujhe laga tha ki jab se software liya hai, support mujhe zyada help karega jab bhi dikkat aaye. Par mujhe mostly khud hi problem solve karni pad rahi thi, jo thoda frustrating tha. Telephonic support slow tha responses dene me, aur kabhi kabhi to lagta tha actually koi support available hi nahi. Training material theek tha, par application me jab issue aata tha to main thoda confused ho jati thi. Jo chhoti si baat achhi lagi vo ye thi ki sign-up aur payment ka process bahut straightforward tha, aur invoice clear tha. Invoicing me koi tension nahi thi, time pe mil jati thi. Lekin overall support ke bina software ko use karna tougher ho gaya, isliye main thoda disappointed hoon.
