Phone pe samajhane wali baat theek se clear nahi hoti thi, aur har baar mujhe same cheeze repeat karni padti thi. Jab automatic update ne kuch features disable kar diye, tab bhi koi proper explanation nahi mila. Lagta tha ki support team meri baat samajh nahi rahi thi. Agli baar bhi agar mujhe help chahiye hogi, toh main shayad nahi jaungi, kyunki ye pura process thoda confusing aur frustrating tha. Jo support mila uskaafi had tak disappointing tha, aur mujhe lagta hai ki communication system improve hona chahiye.
