Jo documentation di thi, woh kuch points pe thodi confuse karti thi, jiska effect mera kaam slow hua. Unka voicemail system bhi thoda over-complicated lagta tha, mera issue direct solve nahi hua. Jo software update tha, uske baad kuch features thode buggy lage, to support se baat karne ke baad hi clarity mili. Han, ek baat achhi thi ki telephonic support available tha jab bhi problem serious thi.
