Bro, yaar support phone pe jab baat karne gaya toh laga ki bas thoda time lag sakta hai, par jab tak baat hui, actual issue solve karne mein time zyada laga. Matlab support team ne try toh kiya tha dialer update aur database mein jo problem thi usko samajhne ki, par unke paas jo solution tha, woh mere liye itna helpful nahi tha. Payment aur invoicing process thoda clear tha, usmein koi problem nahi thi. Lekin main jo chhota issue tha training ke dauran, uske liye jab advice mangi, toh response slow tha. Matlab, overall support ko do tarah dekh: one side toh samajhdaar aur detailed explanation deta hai, lekin dusri taraf, jab technical issue aata hai, thoda delay ho jata hai. Mujhe lagta hai yeh thoda beta sakta tha.
