Lekin ek cheez jo mujhe thodi ajeeb lagi, woh yeh ki response time kabhi kabhi thoda slow hota tha. Matlab, jab jaldi solution chahiye hota hai, toh thoda wait karna padta hai. Par overall communication clear thi, aur unhone mujhe guide kiya ki agar mujhe fir kabhi support ki zarurat hai, toh main call kar sakta hoon bina kisi jhanjhat ke. Phone pe baat karte waqt unka tone calm tha jo accha laga. Jo bhi doubt tha, woh samjhane mein unhone accha effort lagaya. Main definitely yeh kahunga ki agle time bhi agar mujhe help chahiye hogi, toh main unko call karunga. Bas thoda aur fast ho jaye toh best rahega.
