Support responsiveness works if you don’t need speedy answers
The support team was reachable by phone whenever I needed assistance, which is a basic expectation. Their responses were measured and complete for general questions, so if you have straightforward issues, this will suit you fine. However, when my problems required faster resolution or more detailed follow-up, the communication pace slowed, and I found myself waiting longer than I’d prefer. They answered using clear language, but there were moments when I wished for more proactive guidance or quicker check-ins. For people who can plan around delays in reply or who just need occasional help, the support is adequate. But if you rely on rapid back-and-forth or deep technical insights on short notice, this might not be ideal. The sign-up, invoicing, and training teams coordinated well enough, so overall communication was consistent. Still, the telephonic support didn’t always match the urgency of my issues, so depending on your needs, this could be a limiting factor.
