Support responsiveness was really poor
I was quite disappointed with how slow support was when I needed help. Every time I called, it took ages to get connected and then the responses were not very helpful either. I was stuck at some point because of the dialer not working properly, but the communication from their end felt disappointing. It really didn’t work well for me, and honestly, it made me feel stuck without solutions. I expected quicker and more effective responses, but instead, I kept waiting. On the plus side, the software has potential, but without decent support, it just doesn’t serve my needs. It’s frustrating, to say the least, and this experience made me question using their service further.
