Support responsiveness verdict: reliable enough
Evaluating the responsiveness of the support team requires balancing a few factors. On the positive side, during several interactions, telephonic support responded within a reasonable timeframe, and the representatives were generally courteous and willing to assist. They guided me well through some of the database and call dialer questions I had the first week of use. Yet, there were occasions where the tempo slowed just enough to cause frustration, like when waiting beyond what I expected for a callback or a follow-up email. Automatic updates to the software sometimes led to unexpected adjustments, and I had to rely on support to clarify those issues, which worked fine but not perfectly. Overall, I found the communication transparent, and the support staff provided clear answers rather than vague responses. This shows they are committed, though not always perfectly consistent. Taking everything into account, my view is that their support is workable and mostly meets expectations, which makes it dependable in general but with slight room for improvement in response timing.
