Support responsiveness varies, good for self-starters
My experience with the WFHI support team has been somewhat mixed. On one hand, some of my queries were answered in a reasonable time frame, and the telephonic support felt straightforward enough without unnecessary delays. However, certain issues took longer for them to address, particularly those that needed technical escalation. The initial onboarding materials were informative and helped reduce the volume of questions I had. If you are someone comfortable with exploring software features and troubleshooting on your own, this support setup might work well for you. But if you prefer consistent, hands-on assistance or quick fixes every time, then you may find the communication approach less suited to your expectations. Overall, the documentation and training support good self-sufficient use, but the direct support channel responsiveness does not always meet higher demands.
