Support responsiveness had its moments, but mostly lagged behind

When I first signed up and started the onboarding process, I was hopeful about the support team's responsiveness based on the initial contact. For a few early queries, the telephonic support was relatively quick to respond, which was the one decent aspect I noticed. However, as I proceeded to use the calling tools and accessed the database feature during the first week, the communication became increasingly inconsistent. Sometimes I had to wait quite long to get basic help or clarifications, which felt frustrating especially when trying to maintain my workflow without interruptions. The updates sometimes introduced changes but didn't come with clear explanations from support, so I was unsure how to adapt. While one or two quick replies were there, the general experience was that assistance wasn't as prompt or clear as I needed. This mixed feeling had me thinking whether the software itself might be capable but the support side needed much improvement. I kept hoping that calling the support line would get me something immediate, but too often I found myself stuck or waiting. Signing up and invoicing were straightforward enough; no complaints there. Yet, the sluggish response dampened my overall confidence, and I often second-guessed whether I’d keep using this service if things didn't improve. It’s a bit of a double-edged sword, because the potential is clear but the ongoing interaction with support really affects the day-to-day satisfaction and use.
