Support responsiveness disappointing overall
Honestly, I found the support responsiveness less than satisfactory. When I called or sent requests for help, the replies were often slower than I expected. In some cases, it took more than a day to get a useful answer, which slowed down my usage and learning. The most positive aspect was that when they finally did respond, the agents tried to give solutions that made sense. However, the waiting time and occasional missed calls put me off repeatedly. I’m still not sure if this level of responsiveness will improve soon, but right now it feels like a significant drawback to using the service.
