Support responsiveness delivered results, though not instantly
In my experience, support was moderately responsive, which lead to a successful resolution but not without some delays. Initially, I waited longer than I expected for a callback after raising a query about the dialer system. Once connected, the support team was patient and helpful in guiding me through the steps needed to resolve the issue. Communication was clear and they followed up appropriately. While it wasn't the fastest response, the interaction was productive and eventually led to a fix. So, the outcome was good even if the initial contact took some time.
