Support responses took way longer than expected
When I reached out for help, the explanations I received were somewhat clear but took a lot longer than I'd hoped. While I appreciate that the staff tried to thoroughly answer my questions about the calling tools and the training modules, the delay in communication made the whole process frustrating. On the positive side, once the answers came through, the details about the invoicing and payment process were informative and helped me understand what was expected. But the wait overshadowed the helpfulness to a large extent. I think better clarity combined with speed could make the support team way more effective. Overall, the service was a mix of useful insights and frustrating delays.
