Compared to the support I have used before, this was quite disappointing. When I called the telephonic support, I expected quicker responses and more precise guidance. Usually, I get help that resolves issues faster, but here it dragged on longer than I anticipated. There were multiple transfers between different support representatives and sometimes waiting on hold for quite some time. The communication felt less clear and less warm compared to what I'd experienced elsewhere. It made me question how well my concerns would be handled going forward, especially if something urgent comes up. The whole experience was frustrating because support should make a difference in using the software, but here it just added to the wait time and stress. I hope they can improve this aspect for future users because efficient support is really crucial.
