I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the support team responded when I had an urgent query during my initial setup. The moment I reached out via the telephonic support, I got through without long waiting times, and the person on the other side was patient and clear in explaining the step I was stuck on. That single interaction really matched my hope for helpful real-time communication. Outside of that, interactions were somewhat general and often resolved through email follow-ups, which is decent but less satisfying. However, that one positive moment lifted the entire experience for me. I also found the priority assistance service clear and generally timely when issues arose with the dialer tool, though less vividly effective than that phone call. Overall, the communication met or slightly exceeded my expectations, especially because of that phone support incident that proved their system was set up for real human help when it matters most.
