Support response ne mujhe gaaraamaari ki tarah surprise kiya
Mujhe laga tha ki jab mujhe telephonic support chahiye hogi, toh wo log jaldi se respond karenge. Lekin mera experience thoda disappointed karne wala tha. Kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta tha ki calls ka response time bahut zyada tha. Kuch queries pe support staff ne acha jawab diya, par kaafi baar main wait karti rahi bina kisi clear update ke. Ye surprising tha kyunki main expect karti thi ki priority assistance hote hue zyada madad milegi. Training ke dauran jab questions poochi thi, toh wahan thoda better response mila but phir bhi communication consistent nahi tha. Database aur dialer se related bhi jab issue hua, toh resolution mein bahut waqt laga. Mujhe nahi lagta ki main isi base pe repeat support lene ki sochungi, kyunki response ke bina process inefficient lagta hai. Overall, support kaafi frustrating raha mere liye.
