Support response exceeded my expectations when issues cropped up
I honestly expected a slow and frustrating experience when I encountered a few glitches during daily use, but surprisingly the support team handled things much better than I thought. After I raised the problem through their contact, they quickly acknowledged the issue and walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone. Each time I had additional questions, they responded with detailed explanations and even followed up with an email summary. The updates to the software that fixed the problem arrived promptly too, which showed that their automatic update system is reliable. This level of care definitely exceeded what I was anticipating from such a remote workflow provider.
