Mujhe laga tha ki jitne promises diye gaye the support ke liye, wo speed aur professionalism milega. Lekin jab maine call kiya toh initial response thik tha, support agent ne mera basic issue samjha aur help bhi ki. Par end mein follow-up ya further assistance thodi der mein nahi aayi, jisme thoda frustration hua. Mujhe lagta raha tha ki system thoda jyada proactive hona chahiye, especially jab main phir se kisi aur help ke liye awaaz uthana pad raha tha. Toh haan, initial support to tha aur help bhi mili, par continuous and smooth assistance mein kuch kami thi, jo mujhe thoda disappointing laga.
