Support required quite a bit of me figuring out things
I have to say the telephonic support and communication were a bit of mixed bag, leaning towards the more frustrating side. On one hand, when I called for help, the representatives were polite and did try to assist as best they could. But on the other hand, a lot of the time I felt I had to work out things for myself because the explanations were incomplete or assumed I already knew parts of the system. This meant that I spent more time navigating through the software's features and settings on my own than I would have liked. The documentation helped to some extent but wasn’t detailed enough for every question I had. Also, the escalation to priority assistance wasn’t as seamless as I expected, and it took several attempts before I got the specific guidance I needed. So while support was available and friendly, the overall effort I had to invest to resolve my issues felt quite high. It’s not a complete fail, because some problems did get sorted, but the balance definitely tilted towards me having to figure out things at my own pace rather than being properly walked through them.
