Support repetition was minimal, waiting not too bad
A highlight in the support experience was how I didn’t have to explain my issue multiple times during one call, which I really appreciated. The telephonic help team listened carefully and provided step-by-step guidance with minimal waiting between responses, which made the troubleshooting process smoother. That said, when I had to call back after a feature update, there was a little delay on the line that could have been shorter. Despite this, the clarity of communication and the expertise they showed made up for that small hiccup. In general, the support felt respectful of my time and effective, helping me keep my remote workflows running without significant disruptions.
