Support put in a lot of effort when things went wrong
When my software started misbehaving during the middle of an important workflow, honestly I wasn't expecting much from support, but they really stepped up. The telephonic support made a difference, even if it took a bunch of calls and back and forth to get the problem sorted. They didn't rush me or push me off, which was refreshing because sometimes these kinds of issues can feel like dragging out forever. There was effort in explaining the dialer quirks and how to adjust settings that weren’t obvious. I was starting to get frustrated with the way the database feature seemed to glitch after automatic updates, but support guided me through some troubleshooting patiently. I suppose what struck me the most was the consistent effort even when I wasn’t sure what was going on myself — that made a big impression. So even though the problem itself took some time and wasn’t ideal, I felt well looked after and my questions were never downplayed. It took effort from both sides, but I'm glad they stayed engaged through the process.
