Support process was mixed but still workable
The telephonic support I accessed followed a sensible order generally but sometimes felt a bit slow when I needed quick responses. Initially, I was directed clearly through the setup steps for the dialer and database, which helped me avoid confusion at first. However, when I tried to clarify some doubts about the automatic updates, it took longer than expected to get through. Despite that, the support staff were polite and answered all my questions adequately. I might use the service again because the overall communication didn't feel disorganized, just a bit inconsistent in timing. So while not perfect, the process was fair and got the job done in the end.
