Support process is a complete disappointment yaar
You guys really need to improve how easy it is to find help when something doesn’t work. I spent a lot of time searching your FAQs and forums, but they’re not very detailed or clear. Jab kuch issue aata hai, toh aapko turant answer chahiye hota hai na, par yahan bas waiting aur confusion hi hua. Calling the support line was frustrating kyunki baar baar repeat karna padta tha same problem, aur koi clear solution nahi milta tha. Sometimes the support team samajh nahi para tha exactly meri problem kya hai. Mujhe laga ki main software use karne se zyada time support ke peeche lagaunga, jo ki waste of time hai. Itna complicated system bana ke jab user ek simple question poochta hai, toh wo bhi solve nahi hota, toh kya fayda? Automatic updates bhi aaye without explanation, jisse mera setup aur bhi confuse ho gaya. Billing and invoicing process thodi better thi but overall support experience bilkul satisfying nahi tha.
