Support overall okay, but you do have to do your own digging
I found the support generally okay, but honestly I had to figure out a lot on my own. The documentation and training materials cover basics well enough, but after that it’s a bit on the user to experiment, learn from experience and troubleshoot problems. Calling tools and database functions seemed straightforward, but for anything slightly specific I was on my own. Support calls and chat responses were sometimes quick but didn’t always resolve all my doubts, so I ended up spending a chunk of time just learning without much hands-on guidance. I like that automatic updates happen quietly and keep things fresh, but overall the setup left me partly self-reliant more than I expected. That’s why I’m rating it 4 stars; solid software, but support isn’t a full hand-holding experience.
