Support order surprised me but did have some redeeming qualities
When I reached out for help, I expected clear, step-by-step guidance that would quickly resolve my issues. Instead, the sequence of instructions I received often felt out of order and sometimes jumped between topics without finishing the previous one fully. This made following their advice a bit confusing and prolonged the resolution process. That said, I did appreciate that the support staff was patient and informative whenever I could get them on the phone. Their tone was professional and polite, and they did provide some helpful information, although it took more back-and-forth than I had hoped. Overall, the support left me wanting a smoother process.
