Support not very hands-on, best for self-starters
Hey, so I gotta say, dealing with their support was kinda a mixed bag. Honestly, I ended up figuring most things out on my own because the telephonic assistance wasn’t as proactive as I hoped. If you’re someone who likes someone to hold your hand and guide you through every step, this might not be the best fit. But if you’re comfortable tinkering and troubleshooting yourself, you might find it manageable. The software and the calling tools mostly worked fine, but when I hit snags, it took a while to get clear answers. The database features were decent but needed some internal figuring out too. Payment and sign-up were okay for the most part, no big drama there. So yeah, I’d say it’s good if you’re sorta tech-savvy and can deal with a bit of figuring stuff out yourself rather than expecting smooth, hands-on support.
