Support not for everyone, but okay if you’re patient
My expectations for telephonic support were mixed based on prior experiences. Initially, I thought the assistance would be quick and fully resolve all issues immediately, but that wasn’t always the case. The agents were courteous and tried to help, which I appreciate, but sometimes the solutions required multiple calls or follow-ups spanning several days. This could be frustrating and might not suit users needing immediate or hands-on technical support. On the positive side, their call center hours were convenient and I could reach someone fairly easily without prolonged waiting. If you’re someone who prefers straightforward quick resolutions, this might not fully meet your needs, but for those who can afford some patience and persistence, the support is alright. I found the communication clear and polite, even if it fell short of my highest expectations at times.
