Support not bad, but not always on point
Comparing this support experience to what I’ve used before, I’d say it’s a mixed package. On the one hand, the telephonic assistance was available when I needed it, and they were generally courteous and tried to help me navigate tricky parts of the software, particularly the dialer and database fields that felt a little confusing. But on the other hand, their solutions weren’t always as immediate as I’d hoped; sometimes I had to wait on hold longer than expected or repeat myself to get clear answers, which was a bit frustrating. I can’t say the communication was poor, but it didn’t feel quite as seamless as other services I’ve had access to. The onboarding and sign-up process was straightforward enough and left a decent impression, so the initial steps worked well. Still, during the week when I was testing automatic updates, a couple of features didn’t properly sync and needed manual refresh, which felt like an unnecessary extra step. Overall, the experience isn’t bad by any means, but it wasn’t particularly outstanding either. I suppose if you look at the good and the bad side by side, you find that there are areas for improvement but also solid elements that work consistently. I’ll probably keep on using it, but with a tempered expectation that support might sometimes be a bit slow or patchy.
