Mujhe toh customer service se thoda aur personalised help expect thi, especially jab maine subscription liya hai and on this ground, thoda disappointed hoon main. Phir bhi ye zaroor hai ki mera ticket poora dhang se dekha gaya and response timely bhi mila, so credit baki hai unki promptness ko. Kisi aur ko recommend karne se pehle main yeh zaroor sochunga ki shayad kisi aur tarah ka support system better rahe. Overall, support was okay for first contact and reply, but when details came for actual problem fixing, it thoda weak tha mere hisaab se. Maybe next time they can improve technical backup for queries.
