Unhone step by step guide kiya ki issue ko kaise solve karna hai, lekin thoda patience rakhna pada kyunki kuch baar mujhe unse follow-up karna bhi pada. Communication clear tha aur mujhe lagta hai ki agar thoda zyada proactive hote toh problem jaldi solve ho jati. Anyway, overall effort accha tha, aur main appreciate karta hoon unki help ke liye, bas thoda zyada smooth experience hota agar response thoda aur quicker hota.
