Usually main kisi bhi software ke support ko kaafi serious maana karti hoon, isiliye jab maine WFHI ka support try kiya toh mujhe kafi farak mehsoos hua. Pehle jo tools maine use kiye the, unke comparison mein yahan support response slow tha aur samajhne mein thoda complicated lag raha tha. Mera sawal clear tha but answers vague the, aur mujhe baar baar repeat karna pada apni problem. Expectation thi ki main jaldi apni workaround dhundh lungi, par yeh support experience usse better nahi tha. Overall mujhe laga ki self service pe platform jyada rely karta hai, jo mujhe thoda frustrating laga kyunki main clarity dhundh rahi thi easily. So, main iske support ko apne liye useful nahi maanti abhi.
