Sign-up easy tha aur payment system bhi straightforward, par jab problem aayi toh delays ne waqt barbaad kar diya. Training ki baat karun toh woh thik thi, lekin jo kitni information di woh zyada practical nahi lag rahi thi. Dialer aur database features thode complex lage bina support ke. Overall, software apne level tak theek hai, par support kaafi slow hone ki wajah se yeh use karne mein frustration aaya. I wish koi zyada responsive team hoti toh better experience milta.
