Support ne kaafi kuch different dikhaya
Maine socha tha ki support bas common queries ko hi handle karega, lekin unhone technical aur deeper phone setup tweaks mein bhi madad ki. Ye thoda surprising tha kyunki expect nahi kar raha tha ki itna detailed assistance milegi. Lekin kuch baar mujhe lagta tha ki response expected speed se thoda slow hua, jaise ki jab dialer-related problems discuss kiye the. Ye contrast mila support ke promised speed aur real time ke beech. Overall, jo mujhe support se expect kiya tha usme se kuch mila aur kuch different tha, jo experience ka part tha.
