Phone pe baat karte waqt unka approach bada hi patient tha, aur kisi bhi tarah ki jaldi nahi dikhai. Training ke dauran jo cheezein samajhna thodi mushkil thi, unko bhi woh smoothly samjha diya. Automatic updates ke baad issue tha, par support ne bina kisi fuss ke turant solution dhoonda. Jo mujhe sabse zyada surprise kiya woh yeh tha ki unhone meri baatein dhyan se sun ke jaldi se jaldi problem fix kiya, bina zyada technical jhanjhat ke. Yahaan tak ki unhone follow-up bhi kiya, jo main expect nahi kar raha tha. Yeh sab mila ke unka support system kaafi reliable lagta hai, especially jab situation thodi complicated ho.
